Posh Parties was founded in 1979. Carol and her staff have extensive knowledge, years of experience and deep appreciation for both domestic and international cuisines. Ms. Miller has traveled widely, broadening her culinary expertise, as well as assisting award winning cookbook authors and master chefs in presentations on television and in person.
